PROJECT BRIEF:
To design a contemporary lifestyle product inspired from the art and architecture of Bronze Age civilization
CONCEPT
This rocker is an excellent combination of modern minimalism with ancient aesthetics of Minoan art. It is a playful furniture for kids inspired from the shape of a bull. Similar to how bull leaping was a sport and ritual in the Minoan culture, this rocking bull is also a form of sports for kids. It has been designed such that it rests on its front legs when kept, giving the appearance of a charging bull. It can be used as a seat when kept at rest.
